Raising a virtual cat in "Catz" mimics raising one in real life.
"Petz" is a series of video games featuring different animals that players can adopt by choosing the gender and breed. The series has been published since 1995 by several companies. Raising a virtual cat in "Catz" is much the same as having one in real life. "Catz" need to be fed and watered, can learn tricks and be disciplined when acting bad. You can delete your game on "Catz" -- for example, if you need to start over or have inherited someone else's game -- with a few button pushes.
Instructions
Delete from Game File for Nintendo DS
1. Insert the game into the Nintendo DS, then reboot the game so that it starts from the beginning.
2. Push the button combination "Select," "B," and "Up" at the same time when the white screen appear for a few seconds.
3. Select "Yes" using your on-screen cursor when the game asks "Delete all saved data?" Press the "X" button to enter.
4. Verify your response. A warning will come that says, "Once data has been deleted, there is no way to recover it. Delete the saved data anyway?" Select "Yes" and press the "X" key.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen, which will say "Deleting all data. Don't turn off power." After a few seconds, depending on how many files are being deleted, the game will reboot.
6. Verify that the files have been deleted once the game has loaded.
Delete from System Folder for Xbox 360
7. Turn on the Xbox 360 console. Access the "System Settings" folder. Press the "X" button to enter.
8. Click on "Memory" and press the "X" button.
9. Click on "Hard Drive" and press the "X" button.
10. Click on "Games" and press the "X" button.
11. Click on "Catz" and press the "X" button.
12. Select "Saved Game" file in the "Catz" folder and press the "X" button.
13. Select "Delete" and press the "X" button. Select "Yes" by pressing the "X" button when prompted "Do you want to delete these game files?" You will be redirected to the "Games" folder when deletion is complete.
Delete from Memory Card for PlayStation 2
14. Remove the game from the console and reboot the console.
15. Select "Browser" from the main menu. Press the "X" button.
16. Select "Memory card" from the menu by pressing the "X" button. A list of saved content will appear.
17.Select the "Catz" icon from the menu by pressing the "X" button.
18. Select "Delete" from the menu and press the "X" button. Select "Yes" from the screen when prompted "Are you sure?"
19. Wait while file deletes. A message "Deleting ... Do not remove memory card" will appear. When "Delete completed" appears, the file is deleted.
