Browsers That Work With Real Player

RealPlayer can be downloaded and installed for most of the major computer operating systems, which helps define what web browsers support the RealPlayer plugin. As of late 2010, nearly all of the major web browsers support streaming the RealPlayer format right within the browser window. However, a certain level of configuration might be required for some web browsers to play media using RealPlayer.


Windows


Web browsers that support RealPlayer in the Windows operating system include Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari and SeaMonkey.


Mac OSX


Web browsers that support RealPlayer in the Mac OSX operating system include Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Konqueror and SeaMonkey.


Linux


Web browsers that support RealPlayer in the Linux operating system include Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Konqueror, Epiphany and SeaMonkey.


Solaris


RealPlayer can be downloaded and installed onto the Solaris operating system and provides support for Firefox.
