Children learn more effectively when they have some type of interactive game that helps them assimilate what they are being taught in school. Pet Dinosaur types of games help children learn about prehistoric animal species and eco-systems through interactive play. The games are easily maneuverable and can be used as a shared parent-child activity.

In this game, the objective is to raise, train and fight a raptor or any other of the dinosaur species. Players raise fish and other prehistoric species to feed their pet dinosaur to keep him in fighting condition, all while learning important facts about dinosaurs while playing the game. Adults and children are entertained by the authentic-looking graphics and scenery. The game is self-play but can be changed to multiplayer.


My Pet Dinosaur


This is a simple but fun game for children age 3 to 6. However, parents find it entertaining too. Players hatch and raise their own dinosaur. As he is growing, the pet dinosaur eats everything it sees and then poops every place it goes. The objective is to feed it well and keep its plopometer gauge all the way at the top. The dinosaur has to poop a certain amount of times within a set time limit.


Wonder Pets Save a Dinosaur


This game follows the same theme as the cartoon; players help Ming-Ming, Tuck and Linny go through the jungle and get through obstacles to get to a baby triceraptops that is stuck in the rocks. This game is in a storybook form, which helps children learn about the different types of dinosaurs.
