Start A Fire In The Sims Complete Collection

The Sims took the computer gaming world by storm when it released in 2000. Players were given the opportunity to create their own Sim and live life to the fullest in a limitless virtual world. Seven expansion packs were created before the Sims 2 made its debut, and a complete collection of all of the packs was eventually released for lovers of the game. To spice things up, it's fun to bend the rules a little bit and cause chaos among your Sims. Starting a fire is a great way test your Sim's survival instinct, as well.

Instructions

Starting a Fire in the Kitchen

1. Furnish your kitchen with plenty of items. Line the walls with cabinets and appliances.

2. Choose a Sim in your household with little cooking skill to use the stove. After burning the food on several tries, it will start a fire.

3. Omit a smoke detector in the furnishing process if you want your Sims to put out the fire on their own without the help of a fireman.

Starting a Fire in a Furnished Room

4. Build a fireplace in the desired room you want to start a fire in.

5. Furnish the area around the fireplace heavily. Add wall decor, chairs and decorative statues next to it to help spark the fire. Be sure to place a rug at the foot of the fireplace, as well.

6. Command any Sim in the household to light the fireplace. After two or three tries, the rug or the other decor will catch fire.

7. Omit a smoke detector from the room if you want the Sims to put out the fire themselves without the help of a fireman.

Starting Fires with Rockets

8. Place a rocket outside at a close distance to your house or in a room inside of your house.

9. Light the rocket, and it's almost always going to come down onto your house and start a fire.

10. Place fireworks indoors or near your house to boost the level of your Sim's "Fun" bar.

11. Light your fireworks, and they will set your house on fire.

Starting Fires on Expansion Packs

12. Choose the "sands of the desert" option while your Sim is speaking to a genie, and it will start a fire.

13. Cast an Enchant spell with a Sim with little magic skill and it will backfire with flames.

14. Build the polar bear rug that comes with the Hot Date expansion pack directly under a fireplace for a bigger fire.
