Start a New Game on Nintendogs for DS
Nintendogs, a simulation video game for the Nintendo DS portable game system, allows you to adopt your very own dog and raise it. You can walk your pet through the virtual city, buy it accessories such as leashes, water bowls and toys, play with it and enter it into beauty and obedience competitions. You can also delete it and start a new game.
Instructions
1. Turn on your Nintendo DS. From the DS system menu, select the "Nintendogs" panel button to load the video game. When the game loads, you will see the Nintendo icon on the screen.
2. When you see the Nintendo screen, press all of the buttons on the DS at once. Hit the A, B, X, Y, L and R buttons. This part can be challenging, since the buttons are located on the top left, top right and middle right of the DS, and you have to be coordinated to press them all together. If you did this correctly, you will see the message "Are you sure you want to delete data?"
3. Press the "Yes" button to delete the saved game. After you do this, the DS will delete all of your saved data. To start a new game, restart the Nintendo DS and the game will let you pick and start adopting Nintendogs again.
