Saccarappa Obedience Club
The Saccarappa Obedience Club holds a dog show in early fall that is open to all breeds. The show runs for several days in Portland, Maine, at the Riverton School and Community Center. Dogs are judged on their obedience, in categories that vary according to skill.

The Central Maine Kennel Club holds a dog show in Union, Maine. Held in the early fall at the RV-friendly Union Fairground, this show offers four all-breed shows, four obedience trials and four rally trials.

Southern Maine Coastal Classic
The Southern Maine Coastal Classic, also held in the early spring, is four days long and includes rally trials, obedience trials and all-breed shows. The show takes place at the Wassamki Springs Campground in Scarborough, Maine, and features vendors selling dog-related products and information about adopting dogs.
