Get On Your Old Moshi Monster

Moshi Monsters is a social network for kids. Upon signing up, your child creates a "Monster" that is used as your child's identity instead of uploading a picture. The Moshi Monsters site has limited interaction options, such as communicating solely from a supervised forum as opposed to private messages. This is to keep its young members safe. If your child has not signed into the account for awhile and cannot log in, don't worry because you can retrieve your forgotten information.

Instructions

1. Sign in to the e-mail account that was used to create the Moshi Monsters account. Search through the e-mails for your confirmation e-mail sent from Moshi Monsters.

2. Open the e-mail, read through its contents and locate the login and password information.

3. Go to the Moshi Monsters website and click the "Sign In" button at the top-right corner of the screen to be taken to the "Sign In" page. Type your name and password into the proper fields and click "Login."

4. Go to the Moshi Monsters website and click "Sign In" to reset your password, if desired. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Reset My Password." Type in your username. An e-mail is sent to the account you signed up with. Open the e-mail and click the link. Type in your new password, then retype it into the next field to confirm it.
